In my feelings listening to D. Hayes

Can I start by shaking my head???? Whatever! SMH!!!  It makes no sense that a writer and vocalist of this caliber is not heard in your cars, homes, and ipods or taking over BET, Centric, VH1 Soul, etc...IT MAKES NO SENSE!! This hardworking, calm, cool, smooth fella is absolutely brilliant.  Who am I referring to??? I bet ya asses wanna know! LOL! Anyone who knows me knows that I am a MUSIC head.....I love authentic music....music that speaks to my situations.....music that takes me away from actual happenings aurrounding me....music that inspire me to be a better artist! I must say I felt that and more while diggin through the digital crates(LOL) on http://www.ironlungs.wordpress.com/ and stumbled onto D. Hayes' album entitled "Lost In Translation." Moreover, I was PRIVILEGED to hear some of his new work(because i'm special..lol) from his upcoming project "No Stage Name" this past weekend and I was totally blown away.  That ride you go on while listening to Luther, Teddy P, Donny, Maxwell, Raheem DeVaughn, Brian Mc Knight, etc....I WAS ON THAT RIDE! What a thrill! To finally have another male vocalist who is GENUINE to who he is as a writer and artist! I love every second of his voice and writing arrangements on his songs.  HAD I BEEN WEARING DRAWS WHILE LISTENING TO HIM, I WOULD'VE BEEN A PAIR SHORT!! All I need y'all to do is check him out and get that old school taste of that authentic Soul/R&B music in your systems cause I know y'all gotta be fed up with the constant foolery radio tries to feed us with these artists that can barely sing a damn note!! I'M SO OVER IT!! D. Hayes is from Dallas, Texas and has been singing since he was 3....realizing it was God's calling on his life, he continued pursuing his passion....he's opened for Fred Hammond, Mario, and the legendary Commodores...speaks for itself! His perfect portrait painted through his voice and writing abilities can make you relive every aspect of a relationship......it's real....i'm excited.....and I have attached for you a single entiled " Second Chance" ....TELL YOUR EARS AND HEARTS TO THANK ME LATER!
